Admission & Tuition Fees

Tuition and Fee Schedule for the 2025–2026 School Year

Application Fee: $20 One-time, non-refundable; due with application

Registration Fee: $75 Annual, per student; reserves the student’s spot. Maximum of $225 per family

Classroom Fee: $400 Annual; covers books, classroom supplies, etc.

Tuition – Kindergarten to 5th Grade: $5,800.00 Per student, per year

Tuition – 6th to 8th Grade: $6,100.00 Per student, per year

Tuition – 9th to 12th Grade: $6,300.00 Per student, per year

Additional Programs and Curriculum

Enrichment Electives – Included Art, Music, Technology – included in classroom fee

Dual Enrollment (Grades 11–12) $325 Optional, college credit available/per credit

NCAA Enrollment Enhancement $125

Laptop Insurance TBD Optional

NC Scholarship

We accept the North Carolina Opportunity Scholarship. This is an exciting opportunity for many families to have the ability to provide a private school education for their child(ren). After care is available for all K-8th grade students from 1:00-5:25pm, Monday through Thursday. Cost $15 per day

Billing and Payment Schedule

● Tuition may be paid:

○ Annually (full payment due by August 1)

○ Semi-Annually (due August 1 and January 1)

○ Monthly (10 installments due the 1st of each month, August–May)

Recommended Specifications

• Processor: Intel i3, i5, or i7 (10th generation or newer), or AMD Ryzen 5/9 (3000 series or newer).

  • For Mac: MacBook with M1 processor or newer (13”–16”).

• Memory (RAM): 16 GB or higher (Macs may use 8 GB or higher).

• Storage: 256 GB hard drive or higher.

• Graphics: Integrated or dedicated graphics card.

• Wireless: Wi-Fi 6 or 6E card, dual or tri-band, with WPA2 support.

• Operating System:

• Windows 10 or 11

• macOS 12 (Monterey) or newer

Not Supported: Chromebooks, tablets, and phones will not meet requirements for coursework.

This setup will allow your student to comfortably run multiple applications needed for their classes.
